  • After 30 days, we can do a refund as store credit.
  • Swaps are always free (less shipping costs or any price difference).

If you decide to return your qualifying EmGe Naturals product(s) Please follow the simple steps below:

1). Email us at help@emgenaturals.com to let us know that you would like a refund and please share with us why you are returning the product.

2). We will contact you with details to complete your return.

*Please have your original EmGe Naturals Order number to process your return.

3). You must provide us with a tracking number for your return. Without a tracking number, we are not able to guarantee your return & refund.

4). Once we receive your return, we will then process your refund, which will then take 7-10 business days to be reflected on your account. This delay is due to bank processing.

5). We will also send you an email to confirm that we have received your return and processed your refund.
